Manu SwedAussitalian ,

Read only if prepared to do some follow up work on yourself!

Jim Rohn famously said ”success is something you attract by the person you become; ... so work harder on yourself than you do on your job” The Look & Sound of Leadership podcast enables you to do just that. Not only you get to listen to great coaching conversations and related takeaways and tips; you also get access to a gold mine of relevant, related episodes, the opportunity to retrieve worksheets and to dive in a full archive of free PDF transcripts with all show notes. And that’s where your work starts, building on Tom’s pratical wisdom and tools. Strongly recommended, and definitely - together with Coaching for Leaders- the best Leadership podcast out there for the Executive committed to its journey.

Excellent podcast with an interesting format

I have recently started listening to this podcast and have only listened to a few episodes as of today, but I found it really useful and plan to work my way through the backlog.

I found the format very interesting, using stories to teach the listener leadership skills makes for an enjoyable and educational listen. Reminds me a bit of Patrick Lencioni's books, which I also like.

Many thanks to Tom and EC for a great podcast!

Great podcast

This is great! I'm new to the executive position and I have gained so much insight by listening to these episodes. I think a lot of people would learn much from this podcast whatever role they may have in their company.
