The Papal B******t: Dismantle the Doctrine of Discovery The Reality of Turtle Island

An empty apology, an act of resistance, and expected reconciliation from acts of pageantry. We are not "Canada's Indigenous People", we were here long before Canada was even a concept. 

From the billions in assets The Vatican holds, the only thing they could bring themselves to give was an apology. Lands decimated, people displaced and enslaved, murdered and raped all in the name of their religion. Gifts given to the Pontiff are the only thing racists will see, regardless of all the decolonization work people are doing across Turtle Island.
