The Post Graduate Podcast is a raw, benevolent, and introspective podcast which aims to discuss helpful and informative keys to life that I found through experience or reading. There are 2 subsidiaries - 'The SES' (Short Episode Series) which is for shorter episodes, and 'Impartial Discussion' which is an interview based show, kind of like Joe Rogan's podcast. Hopefully the things I talk about will come in handy in your life, and if you have any crucial information that you feel the world should know - hit me up, the Impartial Discussion is always available!

    PGP - 7 - Perception

Perception. Knowing what it is will make it easier to live life. Knowing how it works will give you a foundation into understanding yourself, as well as the people and the world around you. In this episode I will explain both in great detail, and with a lot of examples. This is the most valuable episode on The Post Graduate Podcast, and I hope you benefit from the information in here as much as I have. Enjoy.

    PGP - 6 - Blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum

    PGP - 6 - Blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum

Confused about what Bitcoin and Ethereum actually are? Want to learn what Blockchain technology actually is? Listen to this episode. It was incredibly difficult to piece together this explanation based on the fact that I wasn't sure myself exactly how it all worked prior to writing; this started simply as personal research. I realised that all the resources mention only few bits and pieces of the process, always leaving me with more questions than answers, either due to not understanding the technology properly themselves or to save time. However, this made it very confusing to fully comprehend how this tech works, and why investors are saying that this is the future. After over 20 annoying hours, I finally understand how this all works, and I can say with certainty that this is the future, and the value of these cryptocurrencies will only keep going up. Listen to the episode, and decide for yourself. I'm not a financial advisor, but here's some financial advice: invest in the future, not the present. As I say in the conclusion, more episodes discussing other cryptos (altcoins) will be out soon too. Share this with anyone who is doubting the technology; I tried to make the explanation as easy to understand as possible.

    PGP - 5 - Trading

    PGP - 5 - Trading

In this episode I will break down the information barrier to entry that's stopping nearly everyone from starting trading. As we are in isolation and stuck at home, what perfect time to learn about the way to earn money using nothing more than internet and a screen. You don't have to work as an employee in a 9-5 for the rest of your life climbing corporate ladders. You can have money, time, and freedom, to do whatever your heart desires - all you need is trading.

    SES - 3 - Optimistism vs Pessimism

    SES - 3 - Optimistism vs Pessimism

Welcome to episode 3 of the Short Episode Series. I've lost my phone! What perfect time to make a coffee and dive into my own brain and discover whether I am optimistic or pessimistic, why, and how. I discuss (with you) my thoughts on what side is "better" and why, what steps I took to change my mindset, and how changing it has really helped me deal with the situation. It's a very raw episode; no editing or planning whatsoever. It's literally just me thinking out loud in order to collect my thoughts and also share what I feel is very important - being optimistic is more healthy and yeilds greater results (in my humble opinion). Enjoy!

Impartial Discussion - 2 - Body and Brain

Impartial Discussion - 2 - Body and Brain

Welcome to the second episode of Impartial Discussion, a conversation-based interview show. In this episode Victory, a natural science student, explains the importance of understanding the body and brain relationship by bridging the gap between having a healthy body and the subsequent psychological benefits.

Roughly in this order we discuss:

    - Brain plasticity

    - How your gut contributes to your psyche

    - The importance of exercise

    - Meditation

At some point I clipped audio from another YouTube video which could be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls_VFIU1Dv4

The show strives to be free of bias, open-minded, accessible, and informative, and will undoubtedly deliver quality content.

    SES - 2 - Motivation vs procrastination

    SES - 2 - Motivation vs procrastination

Welcome to another episode of the Short Episode Series.  In this episode I talk about why sometimes we're not motivated enough to do work, and why procrastinating makes things even worse. I have recently developed a method to stop procrastinating on social media in the morning so that I end up having a productive day, which has been working like a charm for the past week; this method will work in other situations - all you need to remember is that (a) motivation is a muscle (b) you're inherently lazy (c) boredom is your friend. Enjoy!
