Life changing
Really great podcast. Tons of great and practical information to deal with this behavior. Been apart of the implementation program and it has really changed who I am as a person. Follow what this man preaches, there's no one else who breaks it down better than this guy!
JK I want to ask you to speak about how you actually refraim yourself in the times we live in now with the Covid-19 situation. The rubberband technique is a form of reframing, where you snap your wrist when you objectify women to change the way you think. Is there something similar you can do to change your thinking to want to improve yourself more during a time when we experience a lot of isolation? You said that you can go on the attack or defense. Well, I want to attack, and I want to attack hard. But is it just a mental decision or how do you get yourself to work harder? Is there physical things we can do? Implement tougher boundaries etc?
