Shannon is owner of Sunshine Shannon Photography. At a young age, Shannon knew what wanted to be a photographer, however knowing what you want isn't always a straight path to achieving it. Mark Monay is a personal trainer and co-owner of 'The Bar' in San Mateo, California. Mark's journey to being a coach was one he didn't initially seek out but through the intervention of somewhat random guides - Mark was led down the path of being a trainer and empowering people to be their best version of themselves. He not only experienced challenges in his journey but he seeks to help his clients overcome the challenges they face towards their fitness goals. Mark's journey and his chance encounters with various mentors helped him get here today - it will be exciting to see where Mark goes next.
