On this episode we take things global!! Fewer than 8 hours after Kevin messaged me out of the blue and suggested a life swap I had booked tickets to Dubai and planned to record this podcast. Taking the leap of faith and travelling 7 hours on a plane to meet a complete stranger certainly paid off. Not only did we capture a great conversation but I would happily call Kevin a friend.

In our conversation we find out all about his cycling/running career and learning what it takes to reach his level as a duathlete. We talk about what it's like to live and work in Dubai and Iraq as well as how he ended up there in the first place. I hope you enjoy listening to this as I thoroughly enjoyed recording it!

Welcome to episode 21 with special guest, singer/songwriter Tom Allison.

In anticipation of his debut the debut album release on May 3rd I asked him what's really involved in the process of creating and releasing a full length album. Tom also talks about his aspirations/influences and deciding to quit his job to pursue a career in music.
