This episode is about leadership. I sit down with former Army First Lieutenant and entrepreneur Benjamin Lueck and we discuss the importance of leadership and the affect it has on an organization and it's people. Since leaving the Army, Benjamin has started his own company called Priority Initiative which focuses on helping leaders create non-toxic work environments in hopes of ending work place related suicides. 

I sit down with a friend I have known since Middle School and we discuss education in America, the decline of the modern Church in America, and a little foreign affairs. Greg is a very smart and well spoken guy so you all should enjoy this episode.

I sit down with an old pal of mine named Morgan who is currently a Police Officer in the state of Oklahoma. He walks us through his decision the become a police officer, what it was like going through the academy, and shares his opinions on a list of other topics. Prior to becoming a Police Officer Morgan served for 14 years in the United States Army. 

I firmly believe that if you decide to go to college you should get a degree in a field that society needs: law, medical, finance etc... Too many people are going in debt for degrees that aren't needed in the job market. In this episode I sit down with Mary, an old friend from high school, and we discuss getting into and persevering through Law School as well as working in the legal field. Mary received her law degree from Texas A&M and has worked as a private contractor, a member of a law firm, and as an in-house legal counsel for a company.
Mary is also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and is a Co-Host on the Star Gang Podcast where they discuss all things Dallas Cowboys. The show is live every Wednesday at 8PM central time on YouTube.
