Lots of good climbing tips hosted by a woman!

Love this podcast because it’s hosted by a female rock- climber which is very unique. It has a lot of interesting and high- quality interviews with pro- climbers as well as amateur crushers. I’ve been enjoying the climbing specific strength tips lately.
