Are you living your life mindfully? Do you do things involuntarily in your life, work and relationships? Well this series we will examine that issue.

Let's do the work. We will look at our habits, behavior, relationships food and thoughts to see how we are operating in our life and interacting with others. No person is the same so we do this work individually and share with others our Ahah! moment. So here is the exercise:



pull out your journal: We are examining our habits this week. Whenever you start we will take 2 days to write down our habits. 2 days to examine them (the why of it all) and 2 days to determine if it's a want or a need and why? How does it make you feel? 



Leave a message to tell me how the journey is going or ideas for other areas to examine.

We are healthier when we are free on the inside as well as outside!
