    Pillar 4: Holiness of Character

    Pillar 4: Holiness of Character

Welcome to The Whole Hearted Leader Podcast! Are you ready to become the best version of you so you can positively influence and impact the world around you? Does the best version of you look like Jesus? If so, then you are in the right place!
In this episode, I share the fourth and final pillar on becoming a Whole Hearted Leader: Holiness of Character. Paul said that "suffering produces perseverance; perseverance produces character; and character produces hope". We must learn to grow the fruit of the Spirit in the soil of adversity. We must learn to see ourselves as the righteousness of God and to live by faith to become like Christ so that we display His character. He made us holy and said to "be holy as I am holy" (Lev.11:44,45;19:2; 1 Peter 1:16).
The Kingdom of God is advancing and we need leaders in the body of Christ to heal up, grow up, and maturely love well those around them so that we may "be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." Ephesians 3:16-19

    Pillar 3: Wholeness of Heart

    Pillar 3: Wholeness of Heart

Welcome to The Whole Hearted Leader Podcast! Are you ready to become the best version of you so you can positively influence and impact the world around you? Does the best version of you look like Jesus? If so, then you are in the right place!
In this episode, I share the third pillar on becoming a Whole Hearted Leader: Wholeness of Heart. Many people live with a divided heart. But doing so means we can also live double-minded. We want to have an undivided heart or a whole heart before God, just as David mentioned in Psalms 86:11 NIV: "Teach me Your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name."
I also share concepts from HeartSync, an inner healing prayer ministry model founded by Andrew Miller, to describe how we can discover the parts of our heart, synchronize them to God and become Whole Hearted: where our soul is surrendered to our spirit and our spirit is one with Holy Spirit.
The Kingdom of God is advancing and we need leaders in the body of Christ to heal up, grow up, and maturely love well those around them so that we may "be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." Pillar 2: Intimacy

    Pillar 2: Intimacy

Welcome to The Whole Hearted Leader Podcast! Are you ready to become the best version of you so you can positively influence and impact the world around you? Does the best version of you look like Jesus? If so, then you are in the right place!
In this episode, I share the second pillar on becoming a Whole Hearted Leader: Intimacy. Your heart can't be whole or healed unless you allow your walls to come down and you develop not only a head-knowledge of God but of a Heart-knowledge of and with Him. Intimacy with God in worship, in relationship... that is a huge key in becoming a Whole Hearted Leader.
At the end of the episode, I actually walk you through an exercise called an Immanuel Moment. This is biblical meditation and practicing the ability to be in the presence of God, to hear His voice and just be. Be still and know that He is God and He is good!

    Pillar 1: Identity

    Pillar 1: Identity

Welcome to The Whole Hearted Leader Podcast! Are you ready to become the best version of you so you can positively influence and impact the world around you? Does the best version of you look like Jesus? If so, then you are in the right place!
In this episode, I share the first pillar on becoming a Whole Hearted Leader: Identity. Who we think we are is vitally important. When we know and understand who we are and how we are designed (and how others are designed), we are able to fully come alive and be authentically ourselves. Ultimately, you cannot base your identity in anything that could be taken from you. Because once it is stolen, lost, or diminished, your life will unravel. We need to find our Identity in who God says that we are.
I will share also be sharing a brief overview of our Motivational Gifts (or Redemptive Gifts as some call them). These are the very hard-wiring or intentional design of God that is mentioned in Romans 12. Some call these personality or temperament but actually, it is from our Motivational Design that we develop those traits. The problem is, we don't know God's purpose for why we do what we do and and we don't know how to mature and develop the best versions of ourselves. (Stay tuned for more on this topic!)
