In today's episode it came sporadic but right on time. We are truly jumping right in with this one. As I am figuring out this Podcast space more and more I am also setting my intentions on allowing the Holy Spirit to move and flow as is. Which lead to today's episode. If any of you are familiar with PCOS or know someone who has it, you understand how anxiety is one of the leading effects of it. With my battle with PCOS and anxiety I recently am learning how to combat it, and that is with the Word of God. When Jesus was tempted his response was TRUTH and we must equip ourselves with that same truth, His Word.

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Relaunch Series. I am super excited to finally be back into this space after a long year full of growth, transformation and healing. In today's episode I share my devotion that centers around the humility of Christ Jesus. 
Philippians 2:1-11 I challenge listeners including myself to practice walking in humility and finding ways to take on the role of servant daily.

In this episode I spontaneously unpack the root of what may sometimes hinder us to showing up fully and being our true selves. I challenge you to unpack what that root maybe for you and dismantle the lie with the truth of who God said you are.  Allow yourself to simply be.
