How often do you perform random acts of kindness? As well as give people their flowers while they are still here?

Parents, please hear me out and considered everything that’s said. Give your children, as well as yourself, a safe space to be vulnerable and heal with each other and to express how you really feel about anything that comes to mind. If we’re going to suffer together in this world, let’s at least heal together. Our kids can only take “because I said so” for so long. Let’s break this generational curse.

Mental health is real. Simple as that.

We all know we need healing from all types of traumas, but sometimes we don’t realize how hurt we are from certain situations, as well as where that healing can come from. Don’t be afraid to explore those areas of healing that may come from a place you are unfamiliar with.
