    I’m so excited to share this episode. I’m speaking with Jas Takhar, a Realtor from the Toronto area. Jas is the co-founder and managing partner of the REC Team, the #1 real estate team in Royal LePage in all of Canada! The team collectively completed over 700 transactions in 2019, and the crazy thing is, it seems like they’re just getting started.

    Jas is very unique in his approach to real estate and marketing. His entire marketing strategy is through content generation. Him and his team put out at least 15 pieces of content every single day in the form of posts, videos, images, podcasts, etc.

    I love how Jas is all about providing value to people. He genuinely wants to help in any way he can, that’s what really makes him stand out compared to others which is truly amazing. I think the listeners to this episode will definitely get a sense of that right away.

    I'm really excited to share this episode, I'm speaking with Richard Bell, a partner at Bell Alliance, the largest residential real estate and conveyancing practice in Vancouver.

    Unlike other episodes where I'm speaking to Realtors, this one is obviously a little bit different, as we're talking about the legal side of real estate transactions. Being in a competitive industry like real estate, it's important to provide value added services to your clients, and one way to do that is by providing knowledge and information. So it's definitely important to have a good understanding of other aspects in a transaction, including the legal side of it all.

    This is a very useful conversation to listen to if you're a Realtor. You're going to hear a lot of great insights, do's and dont's, common issues to be aware of, and best practices to prep your clients. We're also talking about where technology is heading in real estate, including a software that Richard developed, and where he thinks this long-lasting bull market is heading (which you'll definitely want to hear).

    As someone who has dealt with hundreds (if not thousands) of Realtors and transactions, Richard shares some of the traits that most of the successful real estate agents possess.

    I had a terrific time speaking with Brenda Kielbratowski (or better known as simply Brenda K), a top Realtor from Nova Scotia, Canada. Brenda has been a realtor for over 12 years and does well over +50 transactions every single year - or as Brenda likes to call them, +50 "relationships".

    Brenda is all about providing true and genuine value to her clients and contacts, and just be a true source of information, which is how she's grown her business.

    She has a YouTube channel where she's providing useful information every single week. She also wrote a book for her seller clients which covers topics in the selling process and what to expect from selling with Brenda.

    We talk about many topics, including the importance of a CRM and database management if you want to be successful as a Realtor, and Brenda outlines her "5 P's" when selling a property, which you don't want to miss!
