Unscripted Thoughts with Tyler Torgesen GardenThoughts

    • Självhjälp

On this episode I'm joined by Tyler Torgesen, a fellow free independent thinker seeking out universal truths and applying them in real life. Tyler has his own holistic healing business called, "Eternal Wellness Solutions".

Here's a quick insight to what he's about, "
At EWS, I believe that true wellness comes from treating the root cause, rather than just the symptoms. That's why I am committed to providing personalized solutions that address your unique needs. I'm excited to begin this journey with you. From my early years, I've been passionate about natural healing and always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with friends and peers. It wasn't until I attended a week-long seminar that I realized my true calling - to open my own wellness center and help people make positive changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. EWS is proud to offer a wide range of services that combine ancient healing techniques with modern science. I am dedicated to supporting you on your wellness journey, and can't wait to get started."

Within this episode we go into the depths of human being optimization by first giving context to what that means, and more importantly, why go down this way of thinking and being?

The entire conversation is centered around Intentionality, Curiosity, and Authenticity. With these three guiding principles, we're able to elevate the level of problems we're willing to attempt to solve by; Eliminating unneeded stress, asking "what ultimately are humans after?", implementing a system of operation through a tangible sense, and closing it home in asking oneself, "What am I about?"

Always a fun conversation when talking about how to level up as a human, and what a treat it was to sit down with Tyler, as both of our curiosities took front stage.

Cheers,
