Aaron, Chuck, and Kim continue their discussion of the organizing convention. Kim talks about her convention experience, which was markedly different from Aaron's as a volunteer and Chuck's as a delegate. Kim was the Convention Chair and organized the convention and its volunteers. She explains what went into it, why and how it was held in person, and how all the pieces came together.





Then, they dive into the meat of the party leadership elections and how those came together as well. They discuss who was elected and the various concerns at play that contributed to the delegates' collective decision to overwhelmingly elect a new slate of leadership and buck the establishment endorsements by the elected officials in the governor's office and state legislature.





They also talk about what this means for the party going forward.

Kim Coleman and Charles Max Wood kick off the show talking about the convention. Kim did an AMAZING job organizing the convention and is now free to talk about candidates and other convention goodies and be as impartial as she wants.





Chuck talks about the great experience he had with the convention, the program, and the other attendees. Kim explains a bit about organizing the convention and then they dive into one of the two main discussion topics coming out of the convention: Senator Mitt Romney.





Aaron joins the call at the end and shares his experience and opinions on the convention as well.

Kim is the Chair of the current Utah GOP Convention and runs down how this one is going to be different from past conventions. The team then dives into the mask mandate repeal by the legislature and what it means.

Aaron, Chuck, and Kim start out talking about Rush Limbaugh's passing and their feelings and history with his show. They go into the bills that passed or are being passed around the House committees related to protecting children in sports and from hormones that could sterilize or otherwise harm them. They discuss more of the process the legislature goes through to pass bills. Kim explains legislative veto overrides and they talk about the Governor and his plans to veto important legislation.

Aaron starts off the show by explaining the current situation surrounding Utah State School Board member Natalie Cline and the stand she took against Critical Race Theory and lesbian and transgender ideals entering Utah schools. The conversation goes into cancel culture, the processes for how policies get adopted into schools and how you can take a stand.





Aaron, Kim, and Chuck then get into the process bills go through in the Utah Legislature to make it to the floor of the Utah House or Senate to ultimately get passed. They discuss how you can be heard and possibly make a difference in what gets passed and how the process allows you to stand up for what's important to you.
