Boundaries aren't easy to establish sometimes and they also do take time. Always remember that your energy and access to you is a privilege and not everyone can have it. I have learned over the years as I grow into my 20's that many of my peeps my age, some call us Zillennials, sometimes struggle with setting boundaries or are realizing now how important it is to have them. New year, new me right? Actually, New year same me. Starting the New Year is most of the time revolves around the new goals and such which is not a bad thing but you know you don't always have to start them on day one, right?
