Here's an in-depth conversation that discusses the process and how our small community has set the bar in the country for home value assessments. James Werner and the team he's on has been able to help Lafayette understand their value and plan accordingly. James is also band leader of Graciously Departed, a Grateful Dead Tribute Band and also classically trained Artist who's nationally recognized. Tetia Lee has impacted the cultural landscape of Indiana for greater than 20 years. She has worked across the state in a variety of roles including outreach director and professor. Lee has degrees from the School of the Art Institute, the American Academy of Art, the Florence Academy of Art, Indiana State University, and Texas Tech, respectively. Tetia has built a beautiful program in the Wabash Wall Murals, and many others, which provides beautiful artwork on buildings throughout our community.
