The purpose of this podcast is to tell the stories of Revere High School, especially our Class of 2022. We are beginning the school year in a remote setting, and there are very few opportunities to come together as a class/community. Despite those restrictions, we wanted to give ourselves a platform to speak. We welcome anyone to share how they're doing, what they're doing, and their thoughts about the world. In this episode, we brought together two of our motivating juniors, Karen Gomez and Skyla DeSimone, to talk about their experiences dealing with mental health during the pandemic. They discuss anxiety within themselves, realizations and hobbies they've adopted, and how they continue to help others in their community through active listening, socially distanced meetings, and community service.
