Kristi speaks with Dawn Ressel Experience, Design Leader at Intuit and and Kristy Avgerinos, Senior User Experience Researcher and Project Manager at Intuit. Dawn and Kristy have been building a culture of customer empathy with engineers and other groups within their organization. They’re using a roadmap for that effort, and they’ve shared many of the techniques they used in the various stages to foster empathy and even to grow the UX skills of teams across the organization.
