It's a necessary quality when you're up against the system, a set of circumstances that governs how people live their lives. If you believe a system isn't working — or, worse, contributing to people's harm — you fight for change. But it often comes slowly, and it takes resilience and determination to push for change year after year.
In "Year after Year," we present three stories of perseverance, from the personal to the societal. It's not easy to be heard when powerful interests and institutions are aligned, but the people in these podcast episodes illustrate how — and why — to keep fighting.
