This statement runs at the core of today's yoga session given by Rony Stav at Yoga to the People TLV.



"I am here for you" is often grasped as "what can I do for others". But it is equally important to direct this statement to ourselves: "what can I do for my body"; "what can I do for my emotional and spiritual wellbeing"; "what am I currently made from"; and "what can I become".
