Welcome to my little nook of Yours to Discover Podcast. A journey that I began in 2020.
The reason I began this podcast is to give a platform to human beings for simply being themselves.
I wanted to have a platform for up and coming creators, intellects, experts, to come in a place together and tune into the conversations that I have with the remarkable people I have met and yet to meet.
I want us all to come together and be able to talk about our respective lives. The shifting moments that changed our minds and lives.
The power of what you would like to share is within your mind. I will never ask too much, it's not in my nature. This is a no trigger zone on my end, but sometimes conversations get heavy. I will do my best to introduce each guest and their story, but I like to let people speak for themselves. I will try to include trigger warnings as we speak, as conversation shifts direction naturally.
(I am still learning so please get in touch via Email if something about the Podcast makes you uncomfortable. I want us all to enjoy a comfy journey of conversations, discovery, intrigue, and curiosity in a world where it has become difficult to even show a smile, let alone converse).
We all wear masks. But I'd like to slip mine off with this one and go in as Ayesha. Always.
I'd like the conversations to be filled with life.
I will try my best to keep it as far from Rated R as possible, but life is not rated. It's not all rated G and happy, but my guests and I promise to try to focus on the LIGHTBULB moments within our souls.
This is a safe zone. No negative energy is welcomed here unless it is a critique of MY SKILLS.
I want folks to come and have a conversation, sip on their beverages, be comfortable, happy, calm, and find sparks of loveliness within the mundane while speaking or while simply listening.
This is not just about art and creating, it is about humans being able to come together and talk about their journeys and experiences that drew them or grew them to change.
