They talk about the nature of media consumption during that time and how tumblr shaped fan culture on the internet during the rise of streaming. We think back to how we first got into the fandom and our relationship to the digital platforms of the time. This week Marriya and Silvana talk finding love across the pond and the old 2000s trend of British/American rom-coms. We discuss Love Actually, What a Girl Wants, Notting Hill, Angus Thongs & Perfect Snogging, and more as we assess the impact these movies had on us growing up. We ask important questions like: Why were these movies so popular? Why did the trend fade? and Can Tom Holland and Zendaya's new romance reignite the flame between these two countries? We also quiz Marriya of her knowledge of '90s and 2000s movies of the year based off of Silvana's obscure cultural context clues.

Marriya and Silvana create their own reboots of some old Zillennial favorites and share their ideas for the perfect casting. The episode includes old favorites including; Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Mystic Pizza, Princess Diaries, Scooby-Doo, Blue's Clues, and 10 Things I Hate About You in honor of some reboot ideas we found from TikTok and the current reboot and remake culture of today's TV climate.
