Most know that the first step to manifesting what you want it to ASK for
it. But did you know, asking can be both mental and physical, and that'
it’s the physical ask that the universe responds best to? In this episode I
talk about this as it relates to manifesting a loving partnership.

”When you decide you don’t want to experience what you are experiencing
anymore, you mentally ask the universe to help you up-level. However,
mental (air) energy is flighty and noncommittal and the universe doesn’t
take it super seriously. Instead it values concrete decisions - decisions
shown through physical action because physical acton is of an earth energy
and that’s a lot more real and concrete. Which is why it wasn’t until I
signed a lease in a town away from an ex love that the universe began to
move the pieces to bring me a new, love who was a much better fit for what
I deserved. That decision to sign a lease was me saying, “universe I’m
serious about this” and it quickly jumped into place to help me manifest
him.”
