Here’s the problem with being a human, we all have feelings, and big emotions, as well as small emotions—and most of us have no idea what to do with them! If you’re like me, you were raised by the baby boomer generation, who was taught that you shut down those feelings and shut up about them, and that didn’t really work, did it?

Luckily, Alyssa has a fantastic new book that is going to help us not only learn how to understand and regulate our own emotions, but help us do that with the next generation as well! It’s called “Tiny Humans Big Emotions!”
