Working odd end jobs in his early to mid 20's not sure what to do with his life then during a move to a new city; he and his wife Rachel move into a large 4-unit historical building when they discover the landlord is only 25 and younger than them!



He was immediately intrigued by the possibilities of Real estate and within 3 months he purchased that 4 unit building from the landlord.



Over the past 10 years Ben has done over 150 real estate transactions personally and helped dozens of other entrepreneurs get started and succeed in Real Estate.
