Ep 35. Camille Hoheb - Don't Fear Change
In this episode #35, we speak we speak with Camille Hoheb, the founder of the wellness tourism industry and President of Wellness Tourism Worldwide, (WTW). WTW is an award-winning strategic consultancy specializing in development, strategic planning and partnerships in wellness tourism. Interestingly, her path to wellness tourism was borne of crises. Firstly with Hurricane Katrina and then later, with the Global Financial Crisis. Each event propelled her further toward what she knows best: wellness and tourism. Today, Camille travels the world working with tourism offices, governments, NGOs and private businesses to help them maximize the return on their wellness tourism investments.

In this episode #34, we speak with Ewan Henderson, the man behind Hendo Talks, a drinks industry professional and Scottish food champion. He's from Glasgow, Scotland and currently there in lockdown. He's well-travelled in Europe and Asia, and is working his way across the USA to seek out the best dive bars and foodie experiences. Ewan made his name as the 'Molecular Magician' by pairing Scotch whisky with food at a molecular level.
His end game is to provide pairing confidence and entertain audiences around the globe. He works in Scotch whisky and rum and don't get him talking about the terroir of rum - he could go on for hours. He's a keen hiker, desperate to be let loose once the Scottish highlands are opened again.

In this episode #33, we speak with Philip Ruskin. Philip has worn many hats in his 30-year career in communications, namely as a syndicated television producer, entertainment marketing executive, event producer, and since 2002, as the owner of Ruskin International, a New York - based communications marketing firm specializing in food, hospitality and travel clients. Philip has represented clients such as Chef Anthony Bourdain, Chef Amanda Cohen (of Dirt Candy), The Chocolate Show, Mexican Hass Avocado Board, Serrano Ham Board, Israel Dairy Board, Valrhona Chocolate, Louisville Kentucky CVB, and Champagne France, to name a few. Ruskin was an Adjunct Professor at New York University and currently an instructor at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, where he now resides. He is also an avid drummer.

In this episode #32, we speak with Isi Laureano. Isi is so passionate about food, she says that you would have to chop her hands and legs off to stop her from cooking. She loves her country, The Philippines, and its culture and beauty, but hates the traffic and laziness. Isi's sense of humor is playful, which sometimes you'll see when she is exploring the local markets. Isi loves life and her son, who is her main driver in life. And if Isi could feed everyone who needs a meal, she would.
Ep 31. Heidi Yu Spurrell - Keep Learning Every Day
In this episode #31, we speak with Heidi Yu Spurrell, the Managing Director of Food Made Good in Hong Kong. While Heidi comes from a foodservice family, she didn't get into working in food herself until relatively recently. Heidi graduated with a degree in photography from art school in London. She then taught English in Rome and Tokyo, where she met her husband. They moved around a bit, to Hong Kong, and then back to Europe. It was hard being a trailing spouse, and Heidi needed something that would fit into her family's travel schedule, and also suit the needs of her children. She decided to pursue a Masters in Food Policy, which provided a foundation to where she is now, working in food and sustainability.
Ep 30. Richard Bagnold - Don't Be a Keyboard Warrior
In this episode #30, we speak with Richard Bagnold. A Londoner by birth, food has been an integral part of Richard's life since his early days, positively influenced by the Scandinavian dishes prepared by his Norwegian mother. Throughout his life, he has worked in various capacities in foodservice including as kitchen porter, commis chef, waiter and barman. His passion for quality food continued to grow and in 2017, he founded his Major Foodie website, a play on words representing both his love of food as well as his military training. Today, he's one of the few people who have eaten in every Michelin star restaurant in the UK. He travels the world looking for his next great meal, and he documents his discoveries to his nearly 21,000 followers on Twitter and 15,000 on Instagram.
