In this episode, we join forces to discuss and share our goals for the year ahead and give an insight into how we plan to succeed in achieving them by the end of the year.
We know lots of you have set training goal and they maybe be similar or completely different to ours but that doesn't matter. What we hope you can take from this podcast is the process of planning your goals through better understanding yourself. We discuss the importance of self-awareness a number of times throughout the podcast. Knowing yourself better both physically and mentally to understand what your body responds to best in terms of physical training combined with what fits your brain and personality in regards to keeping yourself motivated, consistent and happy with the goals and progress you're making. We hope you can take away some of the themes we discuss and apply them to your own training and goals you've set, or if you haven't yet maybe think about why and how you might set some goals for the year.
