Growing the vegan community in Vietnam with Anya June 26 2020
Meet Anya who makes healthy & delicious cakes without the need of an oven. She is working on developing new recipes and contributing to the growth of the vegan community in Saigon, Vietnam.
Born and raised in Ukraine, she is currently living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Anya has always been interested in cooking,but never took it seriously until she was fueled by an introduction to Veganism. Anya was excited by the innovations in the edible use of a variety of plants, vegetables and fruits.
Anya started working with plant-based desserts, which drove her all along the way to switch something that was her personal hobby into a business.
Besides spending hours in the kitchen, Anya enjoys strolling around the city and discovering new places, not to forget to mention her love for dancing lindy hop.
