He met his business partner, Adrian Lim, when he was serving at the Ministry of Home Affairs as a Prison Officer (talk about being unconventional!).
Deep down, he always wanted to be involved in something that allowed him to create and sell. Real estate was the best option for him.
Three years ago, Melvin and his business partner decided to go against the norm and use social media to advertise their properties in the form of video home tours --- and the rest is history.
