Nasi Bantingan is a typical Tulungagung rice which is similar to the typical cat rice of Central Java. It is called slamming because the portion of this rice is only the size of a fist which is easy to slam. Nasi slam is a rice wrap containing rice with simple side dishes such as tofu, vegetables, eggs, anchovies and don't forget chili sauce as a complement.
