Jon holds a Master's in Education and received his Doctorate in University Administration from Oral Roberts University. Recently, he founded "ReLeader," an organization dedicated to empowering leaders to rebuild organizations they didn't break. Jon is also an author, podcaster, and dedicated family man, married to Michele since 2001, with two children, Corey and Jace.
