This episode will discuss the title question, namely: "will the final generation before the second coming know what it is like be without sin?"
The question has become something of a controversy in recent years. Whilst it doesn't have as divisive a nature as does the Trinity debate, it doesn't have any less followers.
I suspect the main reason why it is less divisive is because most people on both sides of the debate see it as a minor disagreement.

However, it would seem strange to call a podcast channel "Sabbath Live" and not have the first podcast being about the Sabbath, so the first episode is appropriately about the Sabbath.
