MBA1626 Are You Taking Enough Risks?
Playing it safe isn’t that...safe.
If you’re stuck in habitual patterns — because they’ve worked ok so far — that’s not stability. That’s stagnation.
Today, we discuss how to tell if you’re too comfortable in your comfort zone. Are you trying new things? Are you innovating?
If not, the competition will.
Tune in, and learn how and why to experiment and look for new paths — even if you like the paths you’re used to. “Risky” doesn’t have to mean dangerous or irresponsible. And remember: not taking risks is a risk of its own. Click Play!
MBA1625 Q&A Wednesday: How long should my YouTube videos be?
YouTube: if you think your business can ignore it, think again.
It’s Q&A Wednesday, and we’ve got a listener looking for some YouTips, if you will. Because YouTube is so much more than a place to watch cat videos. It’s a social platform, an ad-revenue generating machine, and...a powerful search engine.
In other words, treat YouTube like you treat its owner, Google — like it can make or break your business.
Today, we’ll borrow some advice from a true YouTube expert (don’t worry, we’ll tell you who), and help you figure out what metrics matter — and how to nail them. Click Play!

MBA1621 Is Paid Advertising Bad For Your Business?
The biggest problem with paid ads? They cost money.
And sometimes, they cost more than they’re worth.
Today, we explore the ROI on paid ads — whether they’re on social platforms like Facebook, search engines like Google, or content spaces like YouTube. If you’re not careful, what looks like a smart move can be nothing but a money pit.
Depending on the business, ads can be a major drag.
Paid advertising is not your only option. If you’re not tracking and controlling the cost per acquisition of every new customer, your ads may be killing your bottom line. Don’t waste your money — Click Play!

One of the best no-nonsense business podcast out there!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for more than 3 years now. Omar’s insights are always valuable and actionable. First podcast I recommend whenever my friends ask on what to listen to.
Definitely Worth Your Time Listening
Bit size audio podcast and easy to digest. Inspiring and uplifting especially in my gloomy days. Definitely worth your time listening.
How Best To You Your Free Time?
I thought podcasts are just entertainment content that provided no real value.
However, The $100 MBA Show proves otherwise. It has practical lessons that I can implement right away to my business.
Best of all, most of it is just 15 minutes long which I just consume whenever I'm traveling or taking breaks.
I gave it 4 stars because I want to listen to content more relevant to physical product businesses. Otherwise, I would've given it 5 stars!
