Melissa moved to Singapore with Nestle as a Portfolio Marketing Manager for Purina Petcare across Asia, Oceania and Africa. Mat started his career in Singapore with Ericsson and continued this global trend by working in Tokyo, the US, Hong Kong, and now Sydney. Mat has worn many hats during his marketing career - as Vice President of Global Marketing with Quiksilver, Consulting Director at Lane Crawford, the Head of Marketing of Deckers Brands (which has brands like UGG), and has even founded his own consulting business, 'A Gentleman’s Opinion'. Mat has been with R.M.Williams since February of 2017 and this is a great chat as the brand ramps up following the acquisition by Tattarang.

Since then, Kate has worked as the Head of Brand and Retail Marketing at Foxtel and the General Manager of Marketing at David Jones. In 2017, Kate moved to New York with Pernod Ricard as the Global Director of Digital, before moving back to Sydney in January 2020 to her current role with Marley Spoon.
