Black women can experience Impostor Syndrome due to the under-representation of black role models. Black representation contributes to a positive self-concept and belief in success.
Colloquial spaces for marginalized groups facilitate intellectual stimulation. Instead of adopting the 'educator' role, these discussions challenge our perspectives and hold us accountable. Black women could  benefit from learning in a similar group.
Affirmations are a method of subconscious reprogramming and are effective for self-worth. When we affirm our strengths, we instill trust in our abilities to succeed. As we manifest our desires, we must have confidence that we are supposed to be in that space! You have to walk with the belief that you deserve to be there!
