    Take Care of Your Mind!

    Take Care of Your Mind!

This was by far my favorite episode to record. This episode is about MENTAL HEALTH! This week I had two beautiful ladies named Laniyah and Cierrah on the show. Both ladies attended Ryder University and majored in psychology (Cierrah actually double majored in criminal justice as well). This episode was so informative and open, such a safe space. We touch base on anxiety, depression, the proper vernacular that should be used when dealing with people who have mental health issues. Also, we had an abundance of crazy stories and laughs! Please listen and tell me what you think :)

You can follow both ladies on IG for amazing mental health content 3

    Immigrant Kids

    Immigrant Kids

This episode is about first generation kids here. As a child from two immigrants, life is very different. We were speaking on the cultural differences and adversities when you parents live here and con not speak English. We have to grow up very quickly and without knowing. There are benefits to this life. Like, being more prepared for real life. I am proud to come from parents that came to this country with nothing and gave me everything they could. To all my immigrant kids, I'm proud of you!

    How Important Is The Dinero?

    How Important Is The Dinero?

Another ladies night! The topic for this night filled with beautiful ladies was "Would you date a man that makes less money than you?" I have been seeing this topic a lot on social media so I wanted to get perspectives from different women of all different ages. Money shouldn't matter but we live in a society that makes in impossible not to care or at least think twice about it. Get a drink(because lord knows we had several) lol and join our table of judginess. :)

Describe Yourself In 3 Words :)

Describe Yourself In 3 Words :)

I wanted to post this conversation with my 1 of my best friends in the world because as I was scrolling on the internet I saw this conversation starter and I really wanted to do this. It was so much fun. I also didn't tell her I was recording because it was going to be more natural like that. I never formally introduced myself but listen to figure out who I am. Listen to our crazy stories and self discoveries we figured out.

    Girls Night Get Nasty!

    Girls Night Get Nasty!

This episodes is one of my favorites. This week my fam is filled with all beautiful females of all different races and ages (so you know its RAW lol).  I wanted to get into a subject I've always been passionate about. "What Is A Hoe?" I do not use that word because I believe its overrated but the ladies had a plethora of mixed reviews. We give you laughs, tips on how to find a sugar daddy, and tips from a former exotic dancer so you can get paid!
Ladies hold on, shit about to get hectic!

Relationships and The People Who Love You

Relationships and The People Who Love You

Welcome back cueros! In this episode we were talking about your support system in relationships. At times, when you get in a relationship it is very easy to take for granted or to detach yourself from the people you care about when love is new and fresh. After watching "Doll Face" on Hulu, we wanted to speak on the people who support you everyday when things in your relationships aren't sunshines and rainbows. The fam and I also touch base on the self work you have to do to have a balanced personal and love life.

We got a little side tracked at the end but we did drop in more self care tips :) I will be posting a picture of our resident mushroom Jamal so y'all know what he looks like lol. Go check out what he looks like on my IG page.
