Pro Athlete - Pro Wisdom
We begin the 2nd season of this podcast with an interesting subject: Professional Athlete with professional injury. That was the old way and now is the time to evolve in pro wisdom of athletes. As they are more than capable of being wise and confident. With all of the situations athletes encounter they are first in the line to figure it out. To start being genuine and activate their inner power. So I salute and invite every athlete to step up and become responsible and wise. The time has come.
First of all by remembering why they play the sport. Second of all to get to know themselves and balance the weaknesses and strong points. And last but not the least to play the game out of love and wisdom. Enjoying in your own highest belief.

I used to believe that… How Beliefs affect our life and how to shift them.
I used to believe that I have to win in order to be accepted, in order to fill in that lack of love. I used to believe that I need to worry a lot in order to be responsible. I used to believe that I need to just work hard and harder and the win will come for sure; quantity over quality. I used to believe that sharing my weakness makes me too much vulnerable. I used to believe that I need to be angry in order to show how much it means to me.
All of these mindset beliefs have been driving me crazy. Have been holding me in my vicious circle. Until I started to identify them, delete them, upload new beliefs that are constructive and have a positive effect in my life.
Do you notice any of your beliefs dragging you down and depleting your energy?
Well then listen to the episode where I dive into the fundamentals of beliefs and how we trust on only 5% of our cognitive abilities. When we can actually tap into the 95% of the beliefs that are actually stopping us.
This is confirmed by many doctors of science such as Dr Joe Dispenza and Dr Bruce Lipton.
I talk about realizing the truth with real eyes to identify the real lies that we have been taught or we repeated to ourselves.
And finally taking the LEAP OF FAITH in order to shift from the old non function-able beliefs and into new life of possibilities that open up.
