Minnesota Supreme Court appointees; Woodbury Target standoff Minnesota Today

A set of new appointments announced today to the Minnesota Supreme Court will end a months-long transition phase.

And Woodbury police say a man was shot and wounded by officers outside a Target store this morning. There was no immediate word on the man’s condition. The Minnesota B-C-A is investigating.
