Today on the podcast we chat with UNC alum and current defender on the Washington Spirit, Amber Brooks. We loved hearing from Amber about conversations had within the team and with Coach on the importance to bring your three unique strengths (on the field and off) to each game to make the team successful as a whole. We chatted about her mentality to always give everything 100% and put her full effort into whatever she is doing. And we love her advice that not every training will look the same but to always give whatever your "100%" is that day.

Today on the podcast we have soccer superstar sisters Alyssa and Gisele Thompson who made history as Nike's first high school athletes. Alyssa made her USWNT debut last Fall and is currently playing for Angel City Fc and Giselle played for the USYNT at the U-17 World Cup. We loved chatting with them both about how much they've enjoyed growing up playing together and how supportive they are of each other. We also enjoyed hearing about how they balance playing with being high school students and having a social life.
