David Davenport left us on March 22, 2024. He was 76. After serving admirably in the U.S. Air Force, he became a Tennessee State Trooper. After seven years as a Trooper, David was appointed to the TBI where he became a legend in law enforcement circles. He was known nationally for his skills as a homicide investigator.
