    We are living in Vata aggravating times in the Aquarian age as it is - transitions add to this aggravation and just like with stress, we tend to downplay their impact on our being which can eventuate into suppression, energetic blockages, and ultimately deeper imbalances in our being, holistically.
    Ayurveda teaches us that everything is balanced and how to attain or maintain equilibrium. In this episode, we look at the impact of transitions on our field and how to support ourselves holistically through them, to maintain balance, flow, and ease no matter where life is leading us.

    ABOUT THE HOST

    Lena Diarmada is a certified Holistic Health Coach and Ayurvedic practitioner, as well as yoga teacher/therapist and integrative body & energy worker. She specializes in holistic stress management, hormone balance and multi-factored detox to rebalance our flow state (state of optimal performance). Using the ancient mind-body medicine and psychology of Ayurveda, her soul purpose is to assist people in becoming their own healers through self-empowerment, (re-)connecting deeply to themselves, and synchronizing with the natural circadian rhythms of their environment and own cycles.

    ● When something becomes mainstream, it becomes widely accessible to everyone and helps elevate the collective consciousness.
    ● However, this can also cause a significant drop in quality. The more accessible something becomes, the higher the demand gets which results in the supply becoming higher with the increase in competition while the prices drop.

    What Is Holistic Detox?
    Holistic detox is much more than diet or nutrition. It aims to purify our bodies energetically, mentally and emotionally. Toxins create a cloudy mass in our body that obstructs the free flow of prana or life force.Toxins prevent us from accessing our highest potential. The Six Stages of Disease
    Physical diseases have mental, emotional and therefore energetic or spiritual root causes. The disease starts with a minor symptom that we ignore.Minor symptoms accumulate and become severe.The symptom overcomes its threshold and relocates. It hits a genetic weak spot that amplifies weakness in the body. The disease becomes diagnosable and will eventually be irreversible.Toxins
    Toxins can be physical, mental and emotional. Mental toxicity comes from taking in information that lowers our vibe or is not beneficial. Constantly engaging in low vibrational things allow toxins to enter our bodies.Energetic Boundaries
    Energetic Boundaries are gatekeepers. They are auric scans that only permit entry to things that align with our values, ethics and morals. If your boundaries are too rigid, loose or inconsistent, you invite toxins into your system.It’s therefore important to recognise your gatekeepers. Ask yourself what your nonnegotiables are. Make sure that your boundaries work in favor of your highest good and the collective highest good. Habits That Instill Toxicity
    The root cause for bad habits is a misalignment in the energetic field. Smoking, drinking, doing drugs and hanging around the wrong crowd are some sources of toxicity. Our body is a physical vessel.     Finding flow, ease, and rebalance your hormones, reproductive system and boost overall wellbeing by living in sync with your cyles and honouring your moon time.

    There are several ways and practices for someone to get into a flow state. This particular episode will talk about how to achieve the flow state by moving with the moon cycles.
    Life is cyclic and we are part of nature. The more we sync our rhythms with the natural cycles - the rising and setting of the sun, wandering of the moon, and changing of the season, the more we tap into our unlimited potential.

    Manifesting the power of the moon cycle

    ● Finding ease and flow through moving with your moon means to start with those natural cycle, the natural dualistic balance of yin and yang
    ● Without the disruption of technology and the way humanity is living now, we would’ve rested more around the new moon (yin energy) and be more active and extroverted on the full moon (yang energy)

    Recalibrate our natural cycle

    ● Start with your personal menstrual cycle. Rule of thumb: 2 weeks inward, 2 weeks outward
    ● On every new moon, cultivate more inward practices like eating nourishing and grounding food, doing reflective activities, and lifestyle practices
    ● In the full moon phase, be action-oriented, get things done, be logical and critical
    ● Burnout is a sign that you’re not in sync with your natural rhythms since you are not actually giving yourself the opportunity to rest
    ● If we just keep on pushing, we are not actually running on our full capacity

    Start by building tiny habits

    ● Slow down to be present; have reflection spaces in between tasks and listen from within to recognize your state and take action on it
    ● Track your menstrual cycle. Find correlations in your moods and your state
    ● Pay attention to the moon cycle. Assess whether your menstrual cycle and the moon cycle link up and how this affects your emotions and symptoms
    ● Take action and practice the balance of yin and yang
