This episode gets a little DEEP which idk how to feel about because I haven't really done that on here before. I share my thoughts on body positivity and self love as well as my own experience with these issues. Not sure if I'm a big fan of these more serious topics for this podcast but we are doing it anyway. I hope you find some laughable moments and take something away from this one :p
