On this episode of Le Run Down we had a long over due conversation with elite road and ultra distance runner, Alister Gardner.
In his early years back in the U.K he took a liking for snowboarding and the rush you get when you're ripping through the mountains.
Lucky for him, he was able to find that same thrill running trails. What's fascinating about Alister is his incredible versatility as runner, chasing distances ranging from 5ks to Ultras and always stays competitive!
