You messed up my life. First I discovered your podcast I was high in Andes in Ecuador, doing long hikes and listening to your Podcast. Now living in small Island in Carribean, running small farm I am listening every morning while working with live stock and permaculture garden in order to catch up with all the episodes. This slows me down, I so often have to stop working and take notes that it is impossible to work fluently. I love the amount of awesome information you are putting together and providing to the whole world. I am an athlete, since I know your podcast my world has literally turned up side down. Thank you for that Ben, I have already implemented so many strategies you have talked about. I have changed, I can not recognise my body.
