Dennis Rader, AKA B.T.K., was a scoutmaster, loving husband and father and a leader at the church he attended by day and a sadistic murderer by night. This self proclaimed name “BTK” stands for Bind them, Torture them, Kill them. Yikes!! In part 1, Ciera explains his childhood and what led up to the first few kills.
