Intro Episode Wait One Mic

Life comes at us fast that sometimes we don’t take time to indulge in it like we would like to. Dealing with mental health is similar but has its challenges. Growing up in the Hispanic community there are certain things that are not spoken to and/or about out in the open. During my journey dealing with mental health issues, I have been fortunate to surround myself with folks that allow me talk with, more important that LISTEN. I realized the importance of having an outlet, but having someone LISTENING to me was as important. We can have an outlet, but how many of us can truly say folks are genuinely being heard? That is why Wait One Mic Podcast created, in order to provide others a platform to share/discuss things that are either important to them and be heard.
