Memory Lane with 80's Super Icon Abby Hagyard‪!‬ Vanilla Weiss & the Nostalgic Nerds

    • Performing Arts

I'm a few years late with posting this extremely special episode of "Vanilla Weiss & the Nostalgic Nerds", but this one is surely worth the wait. This episode features South Florida music producer Drew Correa, and South Florida comic/filmmaker Hansen Sinclair as we interview and chat with 80s icon sensation Abby Hagyard, whom y'all late Gen Xers or early millennials may remember as the adult female star of what is arguably the most iconic Nickelodeon show of all time, 80s sketch comedy "You Can't Do That on Television"... the show that originated the green slime. Abby played various different roles on the show, such as the librarian and Valerie the mother, and also famous for various different voices, such as Care Bears and My Little Pony. We take her on a trip down memory lane, as we discuss her sensational career, including all of her wonderful memories working with all the talented children of YCDTOTV, and the show's origins. We also discuss what being part of the showbiz scene means to all of us, and how it's changed all of our lives over the years. She's one of the greatest guests I've ever had on... so make sure to tune in!
