I was super stoked to interview Amy McDougall, a professional mountain bike racer, a mountain bike skills coach, and a hair stylist!

It was great chatting to Amy, she has done amazingly well in the racing scene, and she is such a lovely person - I was so pleased she met up with little ol’ me for My Cycling Lifestyle Podcast!

After a quick morning ride around Hobby Park in Krugersdorp (near Joburg, South Africa) we recorded the episode at Tracey’s home.
