 BJ Breecher is a 15 yr fire service veteran spanning volunteer, private ems, part-time, and career roles, wildland and structural firefighting. He is currently a career Firefighter/AEMT at the Deforest Windsor Fire and EMS department in Deforest, Wisconsin and a Leiutenant for the City of Verona Fire Department in Verona, Wi. He also serves as a board member for the Brew City FOOLS.

He is also a Live Fire Instructor specializing in Forcible Entry, Search, Victim Removal, Ventilation, Building Construction, Down Firefighter rescue, First Responder self-defense. - Former MMA fighter & lifelong martial artist: boxed golden gloves, black belt in American Kickboxing, purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Gracie BJJ Combatives certified

Rocco Alvaro is a Battalion Chief with Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department. He is currently assigned to the Training Division and is the section lead for Professional Development, directly responsible for the organization’s leadership and professional development training.
